Dr Niazmand is the founder of IEIC tutorial group. He studied medicine in Mashad University of Medical Science. He went to Canada in the year 2000 to take the Medical Board exam. After he came back in 2002, he founded his own center to teach students of English. In late 2003, he began to teach IELTS. He wrote his first IELTS syllabus in 2003, and up dated his syllabus almost every year. He is currently teaching and revising the teaching system in order to produce the perfect system of teaching IELTS fundamentals to the novice and the enthusiastic learners of English as a second language. He also prepares his teachers with up to date material and ideas in teaching.

Mr Dehghan, whose deep knowledge level and great teaching abilities is a very important asset to us, is the co-founder of IEIC tutorial group. He studied in the field of ELT in Mashad Azad University. He has an experience of around 8 years in teaching English and has taken different examinations in the field of English Proficiency, including IELTS, TOEFL, and MELAB. Over the period of their cooperation, he has helped Dr Niazmand in designing the IELTS syllabus.

Before he joined us in 2006, Mr Omid Kardani had been teaching English in different institutes in Tehran since 2002 (Simin, Safir, EEC, and Ghalamchi). He took the paper based TOEFL in 2001, and got 580. He has the translation of a management book in his record of activities. He is now a master student in the field of Optimization Engineering, and is also teaching courses of Mathematics as an assistant instructor in Shahrood University of Technology.

Mr Reza Rafi, who joined us in 2007, is an enthusiastic teacher whose level of knowledge and teaching skills are very helpful to all his students.
He studies and works two shifts at the same time. His perseverance and love for learning and teaching is really one of a kind. He is also the director of continuous assessment exams and quizzes in IEIC.

Mr Yashar Zamanian has a BA in English Translation from Khayam University of Mashad. He has been teaching English since he was 19, and is now working with us in IEIC. He has taught in different institutes in Mashad, including Allameh and Golestan language centers.

Ms Azam Mahdavian was actually a student of IEIC. She started her course in IEIC to achieve an acceptable score in IELTS test. After beginning the course, she got interested in English language, and began her major in English Language Teaching in university. She started her career as an English teacher here in IEIC in 2004, and proved herself to be a good teacher. She worked with us for around 3 years. Unfortunately, she couldn’t continue working with us due to the hard burden of studying. The IEIC Tutorial Group hopes she finds the opportunities she deserves in future.

Mr Alireza Pourshah was a teacher in IEIC for 2 years. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University of Mashad. He was proficient in English, French, German, and Turkish languages. We all had a good time learning from him as somebody who had seen all around the world. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have the honor to have him as a teacher anymore, for he moved to Sweden to continue his education. At present, he is studying Msc in Mechanical Engineering in Sweden. The IEIC Tutorial Group wishes him success.

Ms Tavakoli came to work with us in 2007 after studying in the United Kingdom for 3 years. Although she didn’t have much time to spend with us, she was a very helpful teacher, especially in speaking because of her pure British accent. Right now she is continuing her studies in Finland.
